Tessa Whitfield is the CEO and head photographer at Whitfield Image. She has always had an eye for photography and uses her talents to capture a photo you won’t forget. While Tessa specializes in portrait and wedding photographs, she has expanded her craft to include all sorts of photography such as sports photography, parties/events, and photo booths. Tessa is a self taught professional, thriving in the business for over 15 years but approaches her craft with learning curiosity, always ready to learn and grow!
It all began with a dream…
Before there was Whitfield Image, there was a dental hygienist who desired to raise her two children hands on. Caught between a rock and a hard place, Tessa made the BOLD decision to leave her career in order to prioritize motherhood.
As the bills began to pile, Tessa made desperate pleas with the Lord to find stability in her current circumstances. One day, He responded with the encouragement “you have other talents.” Tessa was immediately reminded by her love of photography and the stage was set. With guidance from the Lord, a camera, and a dream, Tessa Whitfield was able to build Whitfield Image from the ground up.
Whitfield Image is a labor of love and dedication to her children whom she was able to continue to prioritize and her God who continuously has made a way when there was none.
